Ben Pangas - North, Northwest
As a leadership development specialist, Ben combines his expertise in community and human development with 20 years of experience in grassroots and international development. He understands what it takes to lead meaningfully and effectively in diverse environments. As an accredited counsellor and developmental coach, Ben collaborates with senior leaders who seek the depth and clarity necessary to build stronger teams, foster richer connections, and create lasting impact.

Steve Willing - South
Steve is an experienced facilitator and certified coach with over 30 years of developing team and leadership capabilities. He has facilitated leadership and team development programs, workshops, and coaching across various sectors, including education, social services, health, agriculture, government, and emergency services. Steve is also a facilitator for the Tasmanian Leaders Program.
With a decade of front-line experience and management in Outdoor Leadership expeditions, including working with youth-at-risk, Steve understands the demands of the field and the need for support and self-care. His experience in the Tasmanian State Service environment, including a decade in Organisational Development with the Tasmanian Fire Service, gives him a deep understanding of public sector dynamics. Steve's approach is backed by neuroscience and psychology, and he has extensive experience supporting and working with neurodiversity.
Steve’s purpose is to nurture wisdom through deepening self-awareness and uncovering greater perspectives. He helps clients apply these insights to address complex challenges, from difficult interactions to finding purpose and leading change. His calm, supportive manner and kind accountability create a safe, effective space to explore development needs and achieve growth.

Jill Currey - South
Jill Currey is a compassionate and certified Integral Associate Coach with a wealth of experience in public service, business, facilitation, and leadership development. Drawing inspiration from contemporary thought leaders, Jill’s coaching approach encourages authentic leadership by helping leaders reflect on their practice and explore new avenues for growth.
Jill specialises in working with senior public service executives committed to self-awareness and responsibility in navigating complex challenges. Her coaching enables clients to gain clarity, build sustainable skills, and lead with purpose, particularly in times of uncertainty and change.
