About Your Coach
Ben Pangas is an accredited counsellor, and certified developmental coach. With over 20 years’ experience across construction, education, and community development, Ben brings a rare blend of practical leadership insight and deep expertise in human growth.
He holds a Master’s in Coaching Psychology, a BA in Counselling & Coaching, a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, and a Trade Certificate in Carpentry & Joinery.
Having spent over a decade in construction before moving into leadership and organisational development, Ben understands both the operational realities of high-pressure workplaces and the inner work required for sustainable growth. His approach helps leaders and teams uncover potential, strengthen relationships, and embed practical tools for long-term impact.
